Delivery Agent Agreement

This Agreement applies to delivery agents using Shopikat, in addition to the Terms of Service.
1. Independent status
You provide delivery services as an independent contractor. Nothing creates an employment relationship between you and Shopikat. You are responsible for your own equipment, vehicle, insurance and applicable licences.
2. Accepting and completing deliveries
You agree to handle assigned deliveries professionally, follow lawful instructions, keep goods secure, and update delivery status accurately and promptly.
3. Payments & wallet
Delivery fees and any split earnings are credited to your Shopikat wallet. Withdrawals may require completed KYC (see AML & KYC Policy).
4. Conduct & data
Treat customers respectfully and protect any personal data (names, addresses, phone numbers) you access — use it only to perform the delivery. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Suspension
We may suspend or remove agents for breach, safety concerns, or repeated failed/abandoned deliveries.
