Referral Program Terms

The Shopikat referral program rewards eligible users who recruit new active participants to the Platform.
1. Eligibility
Open to eligible sellers (and, where enabled, delivery agents) with an account in good standing. You receive a unique referral link/code.
2. How a reward is earned
A referral becomes qualified only when the referred party activates — for sellers, by reaching the configured number of paid sales or subscribing to a paid plan within the qualifying window. The referrer and the referred party then receive the rewards shown in the program at the time of referral.
3. Reward payout
Rewards are credited to the eligible wallet in the platform currency. Reward amounts and conditions are set by Shopikat and may change for future referrals.
4. Fair use & fraud
Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, and any attempt to game the program are prohibited. We may withhold, reverse or claw back rewards, and suspend participants, for suspected abuse, or if a qualifying order/subscription is cancelled, refunded or charged back.
5. Changes & termination
We may modify, pause or end the program at any time. Pending unqualified referrals may expire after the qualifying window.
