Shipping & Delivery Policy

Deliveries are fulfilled by independent delivery agents assigned by the seller through Shopikat.
1. Delivery areas & times
Availability, zones and estimated times depend on the seller and the assigned agent. Estimates are not guarantees.
2. Delivery fees
Fees are shown before you confirm an order and may vary by distance, zone or agent.
3. Tracking
You can track your order status from the customer portal and order page. You and the seller share visibility of the delivery status.
4. Failed or delayed deliveries
If a delivery fails (e.g. you are unreachable, or the address is wrong), the agent or seller will attempt to reschedule. Repeated failures may lead to cancellation per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Receipt & payment on delivery
For cash on delivery, payment is collected at the point of delivery. Keep your order reference handy.
