Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each store is run by an independent seller. This policy sets the baseline; a seller may offer more generous terms.

1. Order cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched for delivery. Once a delivery agent has been assigned and dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Right of withdrawal (where applicable)

Consumers protected by EU/EEA law generally have 14 days to withdraw from eligible distance purchases. Some items are exempt (perishables, personalised goods, hygiene items unsealed, digital content already delivered).

3. Returns & refunds

  • Report a problem (wrong, damaged or defective item) promptly via the order, including photos where relevant.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or, where applicable, as wallet credit.
  • For cash on delivery, refunds are arranged with the seller.

4. Delivery fees

Delivery fees may be non-refundable except where the item was faulty or not as described.

5. Disputes

If you and the seller cannot resolve a dispute, contact hello@shopikat.com and we will help mediate. This policy does not affect mandatory consumer rights in your country.
