Seller Agreement

This Agreement applies to sellers operating a store on Shopikat, in addition to the Terms of Service.
1. Your store
You are responsible for your products, descriptions, pricing, stock, lawful sale of goods, and customer service. You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Taxes & compliance
You are solely responsible for determining, collecting and remitting any taxes, and for licences/permits required to sell your products in your market.
3. Payments, payouts & wallet
Customer payments (mobile money / cash on delivery) are settled to your Shopikat wallet, less any applicable platform or revenue-split amounts. Withdrawals may require completed KYC (see AML & KYC Policy).
4. Data protection (you as controller / Shopikat as processor)
For customer personal data processed through your store, you are the data controller and Shopikat is your processor. Shopikat processes such data only on your documented instructions to provide the service, applies appropriate security, assists with data-subject requests, and uses approved sub-processors (see Privacy Policy). You must have a lawful basis and provide required notices to your customers.
5. Refunds & deliveries
You will honour the Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy as a baseline.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or remove stores that breach this Agreement, the law, or create risk for customers.
