Supplier Agreement

This Agreement applies to suppliers using Shopikat, in addition to the Terms of Service.
1. Your role
You supply goods to sellers via the Platform and are responsible for product quality, lawful supply, accurate information and agreed availability.
2. Payments & wallet
Amounts due to you (including any revenue split) are settled to your Shopikat wallet. Withdrawals may require completed KYC (see AML & KYC Policy).
3. Compliance
You comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including any product-safety and labelling requirements.
4. Suspension
We may suspend or remove suppliers for breach or risk to sellers or customers.
