Subscription & Billing Terms

These terms apply to sellers on a paid Shopikat plan, in addition to the Terms of Service.
1. Plans
Shopikat offers a Free plan and paid plans with additional features and higher limits (e.g. number of deliveries). Plan features and prices are shown on the Subscriptions page and may change with notice.
2. Billing & renewal
- Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- By subscribing you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid features until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
4. Free plan limits
The Free plan includes a capped number of deliveries and a limited feature set. Reaching a limit may require upgrading to continue using gated features.
5. Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
6. Changes
We may change plans, features or prices; we will give reasonable notice for changes affecting an active subscription.
